As tempting as it is to stop, you need to keep blogging.
Well, for one thing, people need a way to personally connect with you!
In this world of modern technology, there is a constant complaint that there is not enough personal face-time, and that customer service has gone the way of the dinosaurs.
When you blog on a regular basis, you’re giving your readers, clients, and (here’s a biggie!), potential clients the ability to get to know you on a more personal level. Potential clients are able to see what your writing style is, and if it’s what they are looking for in a writer.
So, in essence, it’s a way to market yourself in a unique fashion.
Why in the world would you give up free advertising?!
Blogging also gives you an outlet to show your expertise in whatever areas you’re – well, an expert! In the article 6 Reasons Why You Should Quit Blogging, it covers some interesting scenarios for why you should quit and the consequences of doing so.
It’s a fun read, and a little tongue-in-cheek. It also helps you consider the reasons why you blog and why you should actually continue to do so! I know, I know, that’s not what the title of the article says, but as we all know, some things in life aren’t always what they seem! (It’s also an example of how a catchy headline that rocks will draw your reader in every time.)
So, tell me, why do you keep blogging or why have you quit?
Don’t let a lack of time, energy, or know-how stop you. I’m here to help! If you need a content writer, just let me know and we can talk about how to get you blogging again.
